Wafer 5000 is a box-shaped disposable device with a unique transparent shell design.
Adjustable Airflow
The Waffer features fully adjustable airflow, located on the base of the device, with a small thumbnail slider, which you can adjust by just moving it from side to side, you’ll find a nice amount of resistance, meaning that once set it stays in place.
Juice Capacity
The Wotofo Wafer comes pre-filled, and sealed with 12ml of your chosen flavour, which will deliver a stated 5000 puff’s of satisfying, flavour intense vapor. As it is disposable, there is no way to refill, once empty, which always seems such a shame on such a cute little pod, but I suppose that is the market. I must say I still can’t get my head around, or agree with this throw away culture. And it scares me to think how many tens of thousands of devices must end up in land fill. And it does begthe question as to if the vaping industry will become accountable for the waste they are producing.
Wafer Battery 🔋 Power.
Wotofo Wafer 5000 is using the 1100mAh 5A battery. The high current battery that is used in this device delivers a great vaping experience, and supports the 5000 stated vapes. And during testing I had no issue with batter power, or the battery running out before the juice had been used. Although there is no way of knowing how much power is left when you dispose of the pod. Again doesn’t feel right just throwing it in the bin. Would be nice if Vape shops had vape bins, to safely dispose of them, or find a way to recycle ♻️ them.
NexMESH Coil technology
I was super impressed with the coils that where in the NexPOD and I’m really pleased to see that the coils have been used in the Wafer, With the praised nexMESH Technology and the cylindrical long chimney, the Wafer 5000 produces a rich flavor and dense vapor, which is more in keeping with a more advanced set up.
Drip Tip Design.
The Wafer features an clear acrylic mouthpiece, with a flattened out design, which feels great on the lips, and is super comfortable to vape on.
Overall Design.
The built-in battery and the juice tank are visible through the transparent case which makes it elegant and distinctive, and allows this device to standout in what is quite a crowded market.
How’s it Vape?
I have been vaping on the Wotofo Wafer 5000 for the last couple of weeks, and have been really impressed with. Probably one of the most satisfying disposable pods I have used in a while. The flavour you get off the nexmesh coil, is absolutely spot on, which really allows the fruity flavours to come alive. With the airflow wide open, it chucks out plenty of warm thick vapor, more mod than pod. I really enjoyed all of the flavours, all quite candy like, rather than true fruit. It would have been nice if they had done some sweet tobacco blends, as the ones they did for the NexPOD where spot on. The other thing that really impressed me was just how long the pod lasted, both with battery and flavour, although towards the end of the 5000 puffs, the battery did begin to drop off, would have been nice to have had a charging port, to give the battery for a bit of a boast.
